I’m 29 an still have pimples every now in then. I have always had oily skin, when I was young I tried oxy pads, Noxzema, anything to stop my skin from being so oily. Now that I’m older I’m dealing with it better I was wondering what really makes adults still have acne? Is it the foods we eat and drink, the climates, or even stress. I have learned that these can all be factors with adults having acne. I really never thought too much about any of these causing acne. But I can see now that I’m older that what you eat, drink, climate and stress can trigger acne problems. What can we do? Maybe eat better try staying away from greasy foods. Also make sure to drink 8 glasses of water a day. It’s really not much you can do about weather but I find a product that helps my skin feel softer, clean and clear plus not so oily. I can’t really afford the Proactive Solution so I buy Acne Free it really works well for me. You can purchase at any retail store I purchase mines at Wal-Mart at a little cheaper price about 17.98. I have never tried Proactive Solution but a friend of mines skin looked so much clearer then usually in she credited Proactive Solution for her pretty skin. I’ll try Proactive Solution next month I’ll let you know what I think.
