Eating a diet rich in these sources can not only help prevent pimples but keep them at bay and possible cure them, the quantity needed is a bit high so be sure to look for herbs that have these sources in them that can help improve your intake of each without the headache of eating it all day. By the way, watch which Garlic you buy are you might have people running from your smelly body odor.
